The questions, PDF/X settings and final checks that turn artwork into files a printer in Dubai can run without calling you back.

Investor decks, sales presentations and conference slides for UAE companies, built as editable PowerPoint, Keynote or Google Slides files your team can keep using.
A presentation is judged in two settings: on a screen while someone speaks, and later as a file forwarded to people who were not in the room. Founders raising capital in Dubai, sales teams pitching to UAE procurement committees and speakers at regional conferences all need slides that survive both. We design presentations and pitch decks for companies in Dubai and across the UAE, and we hand over files your own team can edit, present and reuse.
Presentation design sits with our print services because many decks also become a printed leave behind or a company profile. For a designed document meant only to be read, such as a corporate profile, brochure design may suit better. All print and document formats are on the print design hub.
Deck types
The first question in any presentation design brief for Dubai is whether the deck will be presented live, read alone, or both. The answer changes how much goes on each slide.
| Deck | How it is usually seen | What the design must do |
|---|---|---|
| Investor pitch deck | Sent ahead as a PDF, then presented in a short meeting | Make each slide understandable without a speaker; one clear point per slide, numbers shown as simple charts |
| Sales presentation | Presented to a buying committee, then forwarded internally | Build around the client’s problem; leave editable slides for names, pricing tables and case specifics |
| Conference or keynote talk | Projected on a large screen or LED wall to a hall | Very little text, large type, strong images; the speaker carries the detail |
| Board or management update | Read closely by a small group, often printed | Dense but orderly tables and charts, consistent page furniture, clear appendix |
| Tender or proposal deck | Scored against written criteria by an evaluation panel | Mirror the tender’s structure and numbering so evaluators find each answer quickly |
Slide size
Microsoft’s own support documentation states that new PowerPoint presentations default to 16:9 widescreen, with slides of 13.333 by 7.5 inches, or 33.867 by 19.05 centimetres. Google Slides offers Standard 4:3, Widescreen 16:9, Widescreen 16:10 and a custom size under Page setup. Changing ratio after a deck is built forces PowerPoint to scale content up or shrink it to fit, which rarely looks right, so we fix the size at the start.
Most meeting room screens and laptops used for presentation design in Dubai suit 16:9. Event stages are different: hotel ballrooms and exhibition halls in Dubai may use LED walls or side screens with unusual proportions. If you are speaking at an event, ask the organiser’s audio visual team for the screen ratio and resolution before design starts.
Handover
The best format for presentation design in Dubai is the one your team already opens every day. A beautiful Keynote file is little use to a company that runs entirely on Microsoft 365.
Usually the safest choice when a deck will circulate among corporate clients, banks or procurement teams who work in Microsoft Office. We build slide masters, named layouts and theme colours, and embed or list the fonts so the file behaves on other machines.
Popular with founders and creative teams on Mac. Apple’s guidance confirms Keynote can export .pptx files that PowerPoint opens and edits. Fonts and effects do not always carry across cleanly, so if investors will receive PowerPoint, we test the export before handover.
Useful when many people edit together in the browser. Font choice is narrower than on desktop software, so a brand typeface may need an agreed substitute. We build the theme in Slides itself rather than importing, which avoids broken layouts.
Speaker notes
A common problem in presentation design for Dubai audiences is a deck that tries to be the script, slide after slide of full sentences read aloud. The fix is to move the talk into speaker notes. The slide carries a headline statement and a visual; the notes carry what the presenter says, the figures they must remember, and likely questions. Presenter view in PowerPoint and Keynote shows those notes privately on the laptop while the audience sees only the slide.
For decks that must also be read without a speaker, such as a pitch deck sent to investors before a meeting, we often produce two versions from the same master: a lean presenting version and a reading version with a short explanatory line under each headline.
Process
Presentation design in Dubai follows Brief, Proposal, Create, Review, Deliver and Improve, adapted to the way decks evolve right up to the meeting.
We read the content and map one message per slide, flagging slides that repeat or say too much.
Title, section, chart, table and image layouts are designed first, so you approve the system on real content.
Every slide is placed on a layout, charts are made native and editable from your data, and notes are added.
You receive the editable file, a PDF, fonts or font guidance, and a walkthrough of how to add slides correctly.
A strong deck often exposes gaps elsewhere. If the brand looks different on every slide because no guidelines exist, brand identity design gives the template a foundation. If the talk would benefit from a short animated opener or product explainer, motion graphics can be embedded in the deck. Where an Arabic version is needed, the copy goes through our Arabic and English translation service before layout. And if the deck is really a sales argument that needs sharper positioning, start with marketing strategy.
Share the deck you have, even an early draft, and we will reply with a written fixed price proposal within 45 minutes during business hours, with no obligation.

Yes, and that is often the better route when the storyline already works. We rebuild it on a proper master, clean up charts and tables, and tighten slides that carry too much text. If the story itself needs work, we will say so before design starts.
We shape headlines, cut long text into slide sized statements and suggest where a chart or diagram would say more. The figures, claims and business facts must come from you, and for investor decks your finance and legal advisers should check them.
That is the point of building on masters and layouts. Text stays live, charts stay editable, and new slides can be added from the layout menu without breaking the design. A short walkthrough of the template is part of the handover.
It depends on slide count, how much content needs restructuring, and whether you need a reusable template, an Arabic version or a printed handout. You receive a fixed written quote, scoped to your brief.
