The work behind a monthly fee, the account structure that makes it auditable, the accounts that must stay in your name, and the reporting that separates spend from return.

Google Ads management in Dubai is one of the few marketing invoices where you can see exactly what you spent on media and almost nothing about what was done to manage it. The media figure is published to the fils. The work behind it is a monthly line called management.
This is what that line should buy, how to tell whether it is being delivered, and which parts of the arrangement must stay in your name whatever happens to the relationship.
Strip out the vocabulary and Google Ads management in Dubai has four recurring parts.
Deciding what to buy. Which terms, which audiences, which locations, and more importantly which to stop buying. Google Ads management in Dubai lives or dies on the negative list, because broad matching will reach for anything adjacent to your terms and a week of unwatched spend is expensive.
Deciding what the visitor lands on. Good Google Ads management in Dubai treats the destination page as part of the campaign, not a separate project. A tightly written ad pointing at a general page wastes the click, and the platform’s own quality signals reflect how well the page matches the search.
Reading what happened. Search terms actually triggered, enquiries received, what the sales team thought of them. This is the part most often reduced to a dashboard screenshot.
Changing something as a result. If a month passes with no changes to the account and no explanation of why none were needed, you paid for monitoring rather than management.
You do not need to run the account to inspect it, and nobody doing Google Ads management in Dubai should expect otherwise. Four things are visible to anyone with access, and they tell you most of what you need to know.
Campaigns named so a stranger can read them. Service, location, match type. If campaign names are initials and dates, nobody is expecting you to look.
A negative keyword list that has grown. An account running for months with a handful of negatives has not been read. In this market the common ones are predictable: jobs, courses, free, salary, and the names of neighbouring countries you do not serve.
Conversion actions that mean something. A form submission, a call of real length, a purchase. Page views counted as conversions make every report look successful.
Separation of brand and non brand. People searching your company name were coming anyway. Mixed into one campaign, they flatter the whole account. Split out, you can see what the advertising actually recruited.
Ask for a short walkthrough of these at the start of the relationship rather than at the end of it. Half an hour with the account open, somebody talking you through each campaign and why it exists, tells you more than a year of monthly decks. It also sets a useful precedent, which is that you intend to look.
Before you sign for Google Ads management in Dubai, settle this. It is the part worth being firm about, and it costs nothing while everyone is happy.
The advertising account itself belongs to your business, with the supplier granted access. Accounts created by an agency under their own umbrella take the history with them, and in paid search the history is the asset: months of conversion data that the bidding uses, the negative list, the terms you learned not to buy. Rebuilding that is not a morning’s work.
The same holds for the tag container, the analytics property and the conversion setup. Each should sit in your name with the supplier added as a user.
Two further items. Anything written for the campaigns, headlines, descriptions and landing page copy, should be yours to keep. And the account should be left in a usable state, not stripped of its conversion actions on the last day.
Impressions and clicks describe the platform rather than your business. Three numbers tell you whether Google Ads management in Dubai is returning anything.
Cost per enquiry, by campaign. Not an account average, which hides the campaign that is quietly consuming the budget.
What the sales team made of those enquiries. This is the step that rarely happens. Ten enquiries at a modest cost are worse than four that were serious, and nobody inside the advertising platform can tell you which you received. Someone has to carry that back, and the person selling has the answer.
What changed and why. A short written note each month. It takes ten minutes to write and it is the only record that the management fee produced management.
Measurement has to exist before any of this is possible. Analytics supports recorded events for the actions that matter, and if those are not configured in the first weeks then every later report is an estimate dressed as a fact.
Several conditions here are not in the international playbook, and they change how Google Ads management in Dubai is run.
Language. Running Arabic and English in one campaign hides which is working. Separate them, and make sure the landing page matches the language of the ad. Our note on building a bilingual site covers the page side of that.
Working week. Scheduling built around a Monday to Friday assumption misses how business here actually runs. Check the day of week report before accepting a schedule somebody imported from elsewhere.
Follow up by message. Most enquiries here continue on WhatsApp, which means response time matters more than it does in a market that waits for email. If nobody answers within the hour, the click was wasted regardless of how well it was bought.
Rules on contact. Promotional messaging is regulated, and the telecommunications regulator sets the conditions. Personal data collected through a form sits under the federal data protection law. Both belong in the brief, not in a panic later.
None of these prove anything on their own. Two or three together usually mean your Google Ads management in Dubai has drifted, and a direct conversation is overdue.
The report is the same every month. Same structure, same narrative, different numbers. A real account has events in it.
Spend rises and enquiries do not. Sometimes this is competition. It should still come with an explanation you did not have to ask for.
Nobody can tell you your worst campaign. Anyone managing an account knows which part is weakest. Hesitation here is informative.
Everything is attributed to paid search. If the advertising claims every enquiry including the ones from people who already knew you, the measurement is flattering itself.
You are told the account is too complex to explain. It is not. Good management can describe an account in five minutes.
Three situations where Google Ads management in Dubai is money spent for the wrong reason.
When the website cannot convert. Traffic into a page that does not say what the business does, loads slowly or hides the phone number produces expensive disappointment. Fix the page first.
When nobody is searching for what you sell. Paid search harvests existing demand. For something genuinely new, demand has to be created elsewhere first, and social advertising or content is the better opening move.
When the budget is too thin to learn anything. Below a certain level you collect anecdotes rather than data, and you will stop before the account stabilises.
A fourth case is worth naming because it is uncomfortable. If the business cannot answer the phone or reply to a message quickly, paid search is buying enquiries that go cold while they wait. That is an operations problem wearing a marketing costume, and no amount of account work solves it.
There is also a slower alternative that costs nothing per click once it works. Search visibility earned through content and technical quality compounds, and the basics are published openly. The sensible position for most businesses here is both, with paid search buying time while the earned side builds.
For the service itself, our paid search work sets out what we run and how, and paid advertising more broadly covers the other networks. If you are deciding where the budget should go first, search against social compares what each is genuinely good at in this market.
If the measurement is the weak point, analytics work is the place to start, because none of the reporting above is possible without it.
Where the enquiry needs to arrive inside a system rather than an inbox, a portal, a quoting tool or an application that does something with the lead, that is a build question rather than a media one. Codeeo covers that work in Dubai.
If you want an outside read on an account you already have, give us access for a week. We will tell you what we would change, including when the answer is nothing.
Straight answers
It is common and it has an obvious flaw: it rewards spending more rather than spending better. A flat monthly fee for a defined scope avoids that, and a percentage can still be sensible on a large account where the workload genuinely scales with budget. What matters is that the basis is written down and that nobody is deciding your budget while being paid a share of it.
Your business. The account sits under your own identity with the supplier granted access, not the other way round. An account created and held by an agency takes your history, your conversion data and your learning with it when the relationship ends, and that history is worth more than a month of fees.
Not on its own. A low cost per click usually means you are buying attention that is easier to buy, which is often attention that converts less. Judge the account on cost per enquiry and on the quality of those enquiries, which your sales team can tell you and the platform cannot.
Enough for the data to mean something within a reasonable window. A budget so small that a campaign collects a handful of clicks a week will take months to tell you anything, and you will likely stop before it does. It is usually better to run fewer campaigns properly than many thinly.
You can, and plenty of businesses here do. Expect a short period of unstable results when you return, because the system relearns. If the pause is for budget rather than demand, reducing spend on the weakest campaigns is usually better than switching everything off.
